Changelog

Wrap Update entries in Changelog to replace the plain list with Mintlify-style tag filtering. Selected tags sync to ?tags=, so filtered views are shareable links.

Filtering keeps only updates that include every selected tag. Updates without tags are hidden while a filter is active. Pages with no tagged updates render as a plain list.
